Exchange Policy
Overview
If you need to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please contact us before returning the original item.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests
To request an exchange, email retail@classic-collective.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to exchange
- The replacement item required
Our team will confirm availability and provide return instructions.
Condition of returned items
Items returned for exchange must:
- Be unused and not installed
- Be in their original packaging
- Include all supplied components and documentation
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item shows signs of use or installation.
Shipping costs
Unless the item was supplied incorrectly or is faulty:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item
- The cost of shipping the replacement item may also apply
Processing exchanges
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the replacement item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
If the replacement product has a price difference, we will contact you to arrange payment or refund before shipping.
